About Us

SHOP CIRC is a small online store where you get the chance to shop clothes in re-sellable condition (see what we did there?). We are trying to do our bit to help the environment by ensuring clothes have a longer lifecycle and less ends up in landfill sites. The majority of products on our site are 2nd hand (some have never been worn), but don't fret all are in perfect, re-sellable condition and have been cleaned and pressed to... well... perfection.

Delivery

All items will be posted Royal Mail 2nd Class in some lovely eco-friendly packaging. Please do your best to re-use or recycle our packaging as well!

Returns

We want to keep returns to a very minimum (as this will help to keep us environmentally friendly!) so please email us if you require more info about the product(s) you're interested in before buying! If you really want a return then please email hello@shopcirc.com.

Donations

Is your wardrobe full to the brim of clothes that you're done with? This doesn't mean someone else won't love them! We would certainly love you to donate your pre-loved clothes to us so we can continue their lifecycle! And... not only does donating your clothes to us give you complete satisfaction that you are helping the planet, you will also be entered into our quarterly prize draw! What's even better? The more you donate the more entries into the draw you get - one entry per item! So, donate 20 items, get 20 tickets in our draw! Furthermore, you'll get your own 20% discount code to use for 6 months!

Ps, don't worry if you don't think your clothes are worth donating, we'll ensure they are recycled properly if they cannot be used on our site!
